Duration: 90 minutes

Caregiving often means holding stories, emotions, and losses that are rarely spoken aloud. This 90-minute reflective workshop offers caregivers, long-term care staff, and group home teams a quiet, restorative space to explore the deeper emotional impact of their work.

Through guided journaling, mindfulness, and gentle ritual, participants are invited to acknowledge the unseen grief that accumulates over time — grief connected to resident transitions, client losses, ongoing change, and the emotional weight of care.

This workshop supports participants in:

  • Exploring personal and professional grief in a safe, structured environment
  • Honouring loss, remembering those they’ve supported, and acknowledging emotional fatigue
  • Practicing grounding and reflective exercises to nurture inner calm
  • Reconnecting with meaning, purpose, and the heart of their caregiving work
